EMH Recognized for a Record Ninth Year as One of the Best Workplaces in Northeast Ohio
ELYRIA, OH - EMH Regional Healthcare System has earned the distinction of being named a "NorthCoast 99 Top Employer" for the ninth consecutive year. No other hospital system has been named to this prestigious list as many times, and EMH is one of only six companies in Northeast Ohio that have won nine or more "Top Employer" awards.
Developed and sponsored by the Employers Resource Council, the NorthCoast 99 award is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. Great workplaces excel in the attraction, retention, and motivation of top performers by maintaining a culture and a foundation of organizational policies and practices that are designed to support the needs of these employees.
Winning organizations were invited to attend the 11th annual NorthCoast 99 dinner on September 16th. EMH was represented at the awards banquet by Vice President of Human Resources Dan Miller, along with eight additional employees from various departments who were selected as top performers.
