If you have questions or need assistance with your bill, we have Patient Account Representatives to assist you. They furnish information, make payment arrangements and help you resolve billing problems.

- You may meet with a representative at the hospital during normal business hours.
- Representatives are located at the EMH Elyria Medical Center next to the Cashier in the main lobby at 630 East River Street, Elyria, Ohio, 44035.
