EMH Elyria Medical Center has been named one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals by Thomson Reuters 11 times.  This award honors hospitals that have achieved balanced excellence in clinical outcomes, patient safety, financial performance and efficiency.  Only two other healthcare organizations in the United States have received this award as many times.

EMH Healthcare Receives “Stage 6” Recognition from HIMSS Analytics for Adoption of Electronic Medical Records

 EMH Healthcare has achieved Stage 6 on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model.  The second highest level a hospital of any size can achieve, this is a tremendous accomplishment currently obtained by only 7.3% of U.S. hospitals.  Click here to read more.

EMH Healthcare continued Legacy status as a "NorthCoast99" winner for the 13th consecutive year.  The Employers Resource Council presents this award to the best 99 employers in the region, based on their ability to attract, retain and motivate top performers.  No other healthcare organization has been named to this prestigious list as many times.

For the 4th consecutive year, the EMH Center for Health & Fitness has been voted the "Best of the West" in the fitness center category by readers of WestShore Live Well Magazine.
